Delivery

Every Rockwell Robes order ships in a free gift box with free expedited delivery — so your smoking jacket arrives beautifully presented and ready to give or ready to wear.

  • Processing time: Orders are carefully checked and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
  • Delivery time: Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days after dispatch.
  • Shipping cost: Free on every order — no minimum spend, no hidden fees.
  • Tracking: As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.
  • Order questions: If your order is time-sensitive (a birthday or holiday gift, for example), reach out and we'll do everything we can to help it arrive on time.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your jacket. If something isn't quite right, we're here to make it easy.

  • 30-day returns: You may return or exchange your jacket within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition and packaging, with any tags attached.
  • How to start a return or exchange: Email us at Support@Rockwellrobes.com with your order number and whether you'd like a refund or a different size or color, and we'll guide you through every step.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
  • Exchanges: Prefer a different size or color? We'll help you swap it — just get in touch and we'll sort out the details.
  • Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived faulty, damaged, or incorrect — in which case we'll cover it and make it right straight away.
  • Damaged or wrong items: If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Extended Holiday Returns

Shopping ahead for the holidays? Any order placed between November 1 and December 24 can be returned or exchanged up until January 15 — so you can buy early with complete peace of mind.
